No, GTA 6 is not coming to PC on November 19, and Rockstar has announced no PC version, no date and no window. That is the only solid fact. Everything else is inference, and I would rather label it as such.
Not for now. The game launches on November 19, 2026 on PS5 and Xbox Series X|S, with preloading on November 12. Clubic says the same: the game will release only on those two consoles, with no PC or mobile version announced. Our release page keeps the schedule current.
Rockstar has never explained. Polygon suggests the publisher serves its core audience on fixed hardware first, and that piracy fears may play a part. That is the reporter's hypothesis, not a Rockstar statement. At Take-Two, the last remarks date from the November 2024 earnings: according to VGC, Strauss Zelnick said PC is gaining weight and that the company backs a platform when its audience is large enough, while GTA VI was not announced there. Read it as encouragement or as an absence of news; the facts only support the second. We covered it in this article.
There is a precedent: GTA V reached consoles in 2013 and PC in 2015. It commits nobody for GTA 6, but it explains why many expect a later PC release. No official source confirms it.

No. Xbox Cloud Gaming will carry GTA VI from day one, but Xbox strategy chief Matthew Ball said the game would not be streaming exclusively or to PC. Clubic sums it up: no PC streaming at launch. Details in our Xbox cloud article.
Demand creates scams. Avast counted more than 200 sites tied to the game in 24 hours; Clubic lists addresses promising the game on computer or as an APK, one showing 27,494 downloads for a game that does not exist yet. GeeksLands puts it plainly: with no PC version announced, a downloadable "GTA 6 PC" cannot be the official game. Even the clone Phantom Vice Auto, due on Steam on November 19 according to Polygon, has nothing to do with Rockstar: details here.
For PC players, nothing before 2027 at the earliest if GTA V is any guide, but that date is our own reasoning, not an announcement. Unknown: whether a version exists, when, and with what graphics options. Known: any file you can download today is fake or dangerous. Prices and editions are on the price page.
