No fold-out map in the box, but Rockstar has a consolation prize. According to THM Magazine, the publisher will release a box-art poster and a map of Leonida on its official site on November 19, free to download and print at home.
Two digital files on launch day. A "physical version" of the poster, printed on both sides, will go on sale shortly after launch in the official Rockstar store at 0.99 euros, and will be free with any purchase from that store.
THM Magazine notes that Rockstar only says "Leonida map": whether it covers the whole state or part of it, and whether it is annotated, is unknown. Only the poster is confirmed to get a paper version.
The paper maps in the boxes of GTA III, Vice City and San Andreas are part of the series' lore. This printable nod plays on that nostalgia, with a "do it yourself" twist, and the outlet points to a lingering bitter taste for fans of classic physical editions.

The same source recalls that pre-load opens on November 10 at midnight local time on PS5 and 00:00 GMT on Xbox Series, with up to 212 GB required, as covered in our pre-load article. The game itself unlocks on November 19. More merch is on our goodies page.
It changes little for the game, but it is a free keepsake on day one and a 0.99 euro item for those who prefer paper. The file quality and the map's actual content will only be known on November 19.
