According to a post by @GTAVI_Countdown on X, which passed 102,000 views, six actors would be released from their NDA on November 19, launch day, and could then confirm their roles. Rockstar has announced nothing of the kind: the list and the date are rumor.
The account lists six pairings: Lucia, Manni Perez; Jason, Dylan Rourke; Raul, "Manny Perez"; Cal, Bobby Moynihan; Brian, Stephen Root; Mendez, John Ortiz. Perez appearing for both Lucia and Raul looks like a typo or a mix-up, which calls for caution on the whole list.
Manni Perez has been linked to Lucia for months; we covered her Instagram live that never named the game, and Rockstar has never confirmed her role. Dylan Rourke is suggested for Jason because of his voice and résumé, nothing official either. Bobby Moynihan as Cal Hampton comes from a Reddit fan theory after a TV appearance.
Stephen Root is different: Variety headlined in September that he confirmed being in GTA 6, as a drug trafficker in the Leonida Keys. His is the only name on the list backed by the actor's own statement. For John Ortiz and the character Mendez, we found no source in our monitoring.

Neither Rockstar nor any outlet mentions an NDA lifting that day. The date matches the release, which makes it plausible, not factual. An actor may also stay quiet after launch, depending on their contract.
Nothing official yet, but if Rockstar publishes credits at launch, the question will be settled within hours. Until then, read this list as a snapshot of community suspicion. Release details are on our release page.
