Per @gtasix_ and Vice Central, Tripping Animals Brewing is serving real Patriot Beer, Pißwasser and No Mames Vice City Lager in Miami bars; Rockstar has not commented.
Patriot Beer and Pißwasser now exist off-screen. According to @gtasix_, Tripping Animals Brewing has released real versions of both beers, plus a third, No Mames Vice City Lager. They are said to be on tap at its Doral taproom and at select Miami spots. Vice Central reports the same launch. Rockstar has said nothing so far.
Two X accounts carry the story, with no outlet or press release behind it. They name three drinks: Patriot and Pißwasser, brands players have known in the series for years, and the newer No Mames Vice City Lager. Vice Central adds that the labels approved last week have become real cans, and likes the gold-chained chihuahua on one of them. We have no price, no end date and no full list of venues.
We cannot tell. The posts say "real versions" without saying Rockstar or Take-Two runs the project. A brewery can licence a fictional brand, and we do not know what happened here. Until a statement or an outlet says so, treat it with caution.
The city is the real-world backdrop of the launch. We covered the $3.9 million Miami-Dade deal, the NINE1NINE night on November 6 and the Miami Heat in Vice City game. More official merchandise is on the goodies page.

Nothing changes for the game, out November 19 on PS5 and Xbox Series X|S. But the fiction is spilling onto bar counters: after clubs and lifeguard towers, beer follows. We will update if Rockstar or the brewery speaks.
