Escaping the police will be harder than in GTA V. That is the picture Polygon paints from Edge's visit to Rockstar North, where the reporter watched a chase with Rob Nelson.
According to Polygon, cops rely on your last sighting, especially if CCTV caught you. They can also follow car trackers and witness reports. In the sequence described, Jason and Lucia run after a robbery and a motorcycle crash. A K9 unit joins the chase and an Alsatian jumps on Jason, pinning him down. Polygon jokes that anyone who hates shooting dogs will spend a lot of time in jail.
