Vice City's fast-food chains now exist for real in Florida, and some of the packaging is worth more than the meal. Dexerto reports that an eBay listing for a Burger Shot promotional bag sold for $501 on October 25, roughly $100 more than the GTA 6 Collector's Edition, which costs about $400 and does not even include the game.
Since mid-October, GTA 6 marketing has been in full swing in Miami, with parts of the city restyled as Vice City, including the Miami Heat's Kaseya Center. Around the arena, shops and restaurants have taken on the theme, with real Burger Shot and Cluckin' Bell outlets, as we reported in our Kaseya Center story.
According to Dexerto, resellers jumped on the promo items: cups listed between $91 and $200, a fries packet at $55, bags at several hundred dollars. One meal served at the Kaseya Center costs over $37, which partly explains the urge to recoup the money.

New York Yankees fans saw the same with a Naruto night in September. The outlet also mentions Campbell's soup cans, including a discontinued flavor, being resold.

Nothing here points to arrests or a reaction from Rockstar. Dexerto does not say how many bags were handed out either, or whether more goodies are planned for fans outside Florida. Burger Shot also comes to Skinny Louie restaurants in November, detailed in this article, which could cool demand.
