A viral video is urging GTA 5 players to take one last ride through Los Santos the day before GTA 6 launches, OpenCritic reports, relaying a GameRant article dated 24 October.
According to OpenCritic, the idea is spreading on social media: meet in Los Santos one last evening, on 18 November, before Vice City takes over. No precise meeting time is given beyond "a day before release," and nothing suggests Rockstar is involved.
The outlet recalls GTA 5 launched in September 2013 on PS3 and Xbox 360, followed by several ports, and that its online mode drove its longevity. Thirteen years on, players keep returning as GTA 6 nears.
We already noted that GTA 5 and RDR2 leave the PS Plus catalogue on 17 November, another symbolic date. A leak echoing 2013 had also shown GTA 5's preload as a model for GTA 6.

OpenCritic adds that Rockstar already has vehicles modded to look like in-game cars on Miami streets as part of its campaign. Nothing similar is cited for Los Santos.
The relayed text gives neither the video creator's name nor a participant count. It is a player call, not an organised event, and no announcement on GTA Online servers after 19 November is cited.
Little in practice: a drive, some nostalgia. But it shows that for part of the fanbase GTA 6 does not erase GTA 5, it succeeds it, and Los Santos deserves a goodbye. More on the community page.
