November is more than launch day. In a roundup published Saturday, Jeux.ca lists the dates leading up to GTA 6 on PS5 and Xbox Series X|S. Here they are in order, with what this site already knew.
From 12 November 2026, a week before launch, according to Rockstar's blog as quoted by Jeux.ca. Codes inside retail boxes will allow preloading the same day as digital versions. The box holds no disc, only a download code, and the final file size is still unknown, so free up storage early.
On the 17th GTA V leaves the PS Plus catalogue, two days before its sequel, along with Red Dead Redemption 2. Both become unplayable through the subscription even if installed, unless bought separately. We covered it in our 20 October piece.
On the 18th the NBA joins in. Jeux.ca says the Miami Heat will play as "Vice City" against the Milwaukee Bucks, with a custom court and uniform, at an event called "A Night in Vice City". Tip-off is announced for 7 p.m. Eastern, which is 1 a.m. on 19 November in Belgium and Switzerland. It follows the Burger Shot at the Kaseya Center we reported on 22 October.

Jeux.ca writes that the digital version unlocks at midnight local time in most territories, New Zealand first, which is 1 p.m. in Paris on 18 November. Treat that carefully: Rockstar has not confirmed an unlock time in the material we have, so this site still lists it as unknown. The release page will change when the publisher speaks.
Nothing new from Rockstar, but a readable calendar: preload on the 12th, finish GTA V before the 17th, check your local unlock time. Jeux.ca also reminds readers that no PC version appears in the official announcement.
