Speaking to Stratégies at the start of Paris Games Week, Webedia's Ronan Dubois says GTA VI's November 19 launch will be covered across all the group's outlets.

Ronan Dubois, deputy managing director of Webedia-Elephant in charge of media and social, spoke to French trade magazine Stratégies as Paris Games Week runs October 22 to 25. Asked about GTA VI, he said: 'It is the event of the decade for a cultural product, all industries combined.'
According to Stratégies, he calls GTA 'a game people will still be talking about in ten years, with colossal investment and potential that runs over several years'. He recalls seeing a sign at French high school protests reading 'We will hold out until GTA comes out', which he takes as proof of video games' weight in society.
Webedia, which claims 72 million unique visitors worldwide across its gaming and esports platforms, plans to cover the launch on all its media: Popcorn for pop culture, AlloCiné for cinema and games crossovers, and Jeuxvideo.com, which will also unveil a new identity during the show.
