France-Antilles Guadeloupe says a midnight Paris-time unlock could let French accounts in Guadeloupe play GTA 6 on 18 November at 7 pm, but Rockstar has confirmed nothing.

The maths is simple and it is going around today: Guadeloupe is five hours behind Paris. France-Antilles Guadeloupe concludes that if GTA 6 unlocks at midnight Paris time on 19 November, players on the island could start on Wednesday 18 November at 7 pm.
Maybe, but nothing is certain. The paper says so itself: the time difference does not guarantee early access. It depends on the unlock time Rockstar picks and on the account used. A PlayStation Network account registered in France could follow a different schedule from a US one, France-Antilles notes. The reasoning only holds for an unlock set to Paris time.
The answer is the same as in our piece on the release time: Rockstar has given no unlock time. Nobody knows whether accounts will unlock at local midnight, as with many digital releases, or at one single moment for everyone.
The official date is 19 November 2026 on PS5 and Xbox Series X|S. Preload opens on 12 November. No PC version has been announced. So the Guadeloupe case is not an announcement, it is a possible consequence of a choice Rockstar has not made public. We raised the local-midnight question in our article on the midnight launch, and flagged a viral schedule as fake in this other piece.

France-Antilles advises watching Rockstar's communications and the messages shown on the console. Preload on 12 November is not affected: the game will be installed, only the unlock matters. For the launch, see our release page.
For now, nothing concrete: it is an arithmetic hypothesis, not information from Rockstar. But it shows that the unlock time also matters for overseas territories, from Guadeloupe to Réunion, and that an official answer is expected before 12 November.
