The City of Lille announces a free GTA VI night on Thursday November 19, 7pm to 12:30am at Bistrot de St So, with a giant screen, hosts and a GTA radio DJ set.

This is the first public French event I have seen for the launch: the City of Lille is running a "GTA VI Night" on Thursday November 19, 7pm to 12:30am, free entry, at Bistrot de St So (Gare Saint-Sauveur, 17 boulevard Jean-Baptiste Lebas, metro line 2, Lille Grand Palais or Mairie de Lille).
According to the City of Lille page, the program has four parts: the game on a giant screen, sessions where the public takes the controllers, hosts commenting on highlights "early in the evening", and a special "GTA radios" DJ set with varied playlists and series classics. A snack bar serves homemade street food from 7pm to 10pm: spring rolls, Korean fried chicken, hot dogs, fries and vegetarian options. The venue stresses an "inclusive, respectful and welcoming" atmosphere.
That is my question. The page speaks of the November 19 release, but GTA 6's unlock time is not known: Rockstar has not announced it, and the viral table of times by country turned out to be fake. If the game unlocks late in the evening, or later, the play sessions will depend on the real time. Preloading is announced for November 12, which leaves time to prepare consoles. Nothing says how the organizer will handle this, and the page does not explain.
Radio culture is half the soul of the series, and even more so for 80s Vice City. Seeing a city turn it into an evening out appeals to me. All we know on the music side is on the music page, including GTA VI: The Album due November 19.
