According to Bloomberg's Jason Schreier, GTA 6 has a realistic sweat system: Jason and Lucia sweat at the gym or in nightclubs.

Jason and Lucia will sweat in GTA 6, and not randomly. Mashable relays a detail from Bloomberg reporter Jason Schreier: Rockstar reportedly built a realistic sweat system that varies with what the two protagonists are doing.

Per Mashable, Schreier published a long investigation into the game's development this week, with a YouTube video covering points left out of the written piece. The sweat system is one of them. As far as we know Rockstar has not commented, and we have seen no footage of it.
Again according to Mashable, characters get a believable amount of sweat depending on activity, such as working out in a gym or dancing in a nightclub. What the game does with it is unknown, and no related gameplay mechanic has been announced.
It fits Rockstar's taste for tiny systems. Mashable points to the known cold-weather horse anatomy detail in Red Dead Redemption II. Our piece on Phil Hooker and a game that is never fully frozen shows the same attention to detail.

Nothing changes for the November 19 date on PS5 and Xbox Series X|S, or for the price. It is one more sign of the depth of work behind a nearly decade-long development, to be confirmed by Rockstar or by early reviews. See the journal.
