French retailer E.Leclerc is listing GTA 6 on PS5 at 60 euros for pre-order, below Rockstar's 79.99 euro standard price, according to a deals piece in Le Figaro. It is a "Code in a Box" product: an official case holding a download code, not a disc.
Le Figaro lists three perks: a free "Vintage Vice City pack", a lowest-price promise until shipping, and free in-store delivery. It also says the code would arrive from 12 November, allowing players to pre-load before the 19 November launch, which matches the pre-load date Rockstar announced.
A caveat: the Figaro piece comes from its Shopping team, independent from the newsroom, and may earn an affiliate commission. We treat the price as a retailer promotion, not a Rockstar announcement. The article does not detail what the Vintage Vice City pack contains.
Rockstar set the standard edition at 79.99 euros and the Ultimate at 99.99 euros (digital only). A retailer can sell a boxed code below that by cutting its margin or betting on store traffic. We saw something similar with the boxed codes selling out at Amazon, and with the edition question. The price binds only the retailer and may change, as may stock. It gives buyers a benchmark: the gap between list price and a big retailer's price is close to 20 euros on PS5. The date is settled, 19 November, but the exact unlock time is still unannounced. Before ordering, check that the box ships a code rather than a disc, and when the code is delivered.
