GTA 6: Cyberleek says leaks are over and drops plan to release the build

Cyberleek says it will not publish the GTA 6 build or further leaks because its token missed the $30 million target, but warns of story spoilers if anyone moves against it.

Cyberleek says it is done. In a three-part message titled "End of the road", posted on October 14, the leaker writes that it will publish neither the full GTA 6 build nor new gameplay clips, reports Kotaku. IGN adds that the group's token never reached the $30 million market cap set as the trigger for the release.

Will Cyberleek still leak GTA 6?

By its own account, not for now. "The 30M was not reached, so no build," Cyberleek writes, as quoted by Kotaku, adding that uploading 200+ GB anonymously is "a serious risk". Its last video, according to IGN, shows clips from the final missions; IGN declined to describe them, and so do we. The group's site is offline per Insider Gaming, though Kotaku notes some domains are still up. The closing line: "The leeks stop here. For now."

What is left of the threat?

The message mentions a "dead man's switch" that would publish story spoilers if someone "removes" Cyberleek. "Left alone, it never fires," the text says. There is no way to check that such a mechanism exists, and Rockstar had not reacted in the sources we read. The group also denies any scam: the token was always "a donation, never an investment".

The numbers are known. Per IGN, the token's market cap fell to $1.2 million from a high of $7.8 million on October 11. We covered the 71% drop and then fans urging people not to pay. The episode ends on the failure of its own blackmail.

Why it matters

For players, the advice stays the same: avoid spoilers, mute the usual keywords, and wait for November 19, which you can follow on the release page. A leaker's promise is worth what it is worth: "for now" leaves the door open, and nothing proves the group holds what it claims. We will keep not relaying any of its content.
