GTA 6: how to claim the free month of GTA+ with a digital purchase

On October 9, the official PlayStation Support account reminded GTA 6 buyers that a free month of GTA+ is waiting, writes GTA Boom. The conditions below come from that site and PlayStation's reminder, not from a Rockstar page we could check, so confirm them at checkout.

Who gets the free month of GTA+?

According to GTA Boom, anyone who buys GTA 6 digitally on the PlayStation Store, Standard or Ultimate Edition, before November 20 receives one month of GTA+, Rockstar's GTA Online subscription. New, lapsed and current subscribers qualify, and current ones can stack it onto their plan. One claim per account, however many copies you buy. Physical and code-in-box editions get the Vintage Vice City Pack instead.

How do you claim it, and what is the catch?

After buying, open the GTA+ page on the PlayStation Store; checkout is $0. On PlayStation the deadline is March 31, 2027; on Microsoft, GTA Boom reports a 180-day window from purchase. The catch: the month then auto-renews at the regular price, around $7.99, until you cancel in subscription management. A calendar reminder avoids the bill.

The month includes, per the same site, GTA$500,000, free or discounted vehicles, Shark Card bonuses and a rotating library of older Rockstar games. Purchase prices remain those on our price page: €79.99 Standard, €99.99 Ultimate.

Why it matters

For digital pre-orders it is a small but real perk, with conditions. What we still don't know: GTA+ pricing in euros and exactly what GTA+ will offer once GTA 6 is out.
